Privacy policy

Email address — collected only when you voluntarily submit it on the preview page to receive a link to your analysis. Never required to use the tool.

Proposal and specification text — the specs you submit are stored temporarily during your session to generate your analysis. Spec text is never stored permanently and is not used to train AI models.

IP address (hashed) — we store a hashed (non-reversible) version of your IP address for rate limiting only. We do not use it for tracking or profiling.

Payment information — we do not collect or store payment card details. All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe.

Analysis results — stored for 30 days so you can share your results link with your sales team. Deleted automatically after 30 days.

Spec/proposal text — never stored permanently. The text is processed to generate your analysis and is not retained after the analysis is complete.

Email leads — if you submit your email, it is stored for up to 90 days and used only to send you your analysis link and relevant follow-up from Lee Fuhr Inc.

Stripe — handles all payment processing. When you click to pay, you are transferred to Stripe's secure checkout. We receive only a payment confirmation, never card details. Stripe privacy policy →

Resend — used to send transactional emails (your analysis link, payment receipt). We share only your email address and first name (if provided). Resend privacy policy →

Anthropic (Claude) — your spec text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to perform the risk analysis. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models. Anthropic privacy policy →

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

You can request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time. Email us at the address below with the subject line “Data deletion request” and we will delete your data within 7 business days.

If you submitted your email, you can also unsubscribe from any follow-up emails using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
